Meet the Founder

I created Straightforward HR because growing businesses often reach a point where people decisions become more complicated, but hiring a full-time senior HR leader may not yet make sense.

Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders through growth, restructuring, employee-relations challenges, organizational change, and the development of stronger HR systems and practices. My experience spans both strategic planning and hands-on execution, including compensation, performance management, investigations, organizational design, HR technology, compliance, and workforce integration.

I believe HR guidance should be clear enough to use. My role is not to overwhelm leaders with jargon or theoretical best practices. It is to help them understand what matters, evaluate their options, manage risk, and make thoughtful decisions that work for their organization.

Straightforward HR allows me to bring that experience to businesses that need trusted HR leadership, focused project support, or an experienced perspective on a difficult situation.

I look forward to working with you.
